- 150ml yogurt
- 3 passion fruit
- 1 cup (250ml) fresh or frozen cranberries
- ½ cup (125ml) milk
Blend cranberries, passion fruit & yogurt. If using frozen cranberries you may need to stir part way through blending. Once all cranberries have been blended add milk and blend until smooth.
If preferred use soy or rice milk. If fresh/frozen cranberries are unavailable use bottled cranberry juice.
