- 1 cup (250ml) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 150ml natural yogurt
- 3cm fresh cucumber
- 3 large tomatoes
Slice tomatoes in to suitable sized slices for juicer. Blend blueberries & cucumber together (stir part way through blending if using frozen blueberries). Juice tomatoes. Add tomato juice & yogurt to blueberries & cucumber & blend.
