- 1 banana
- 2/3 cup (160ml) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 150ml natural yogurt
- 2 cups frozen or fresh cranberries
If using frozen blueberries & cranberries leave to thaw.
Blend banana, blueberries & cranberries together. (may require stirring part way through blending). Add yogurt and continue to blend until smooth.
As an alternative to fresh/ frozen cranberries use 1 cup (250ml) of natural cranberry juice.
