When I set out to create Lifestyle Smoothies I new what I like to read, information that is straight to the point, so I don’t have to waist time digging through the rubbish to find a good healthy eating plan. And that’s what you will find in Lifestyle Smoothies. Straight to the point recipes and information about all my favorite smoothie recipes, no long, boring information that you don’t need to know!

The food we eat is what powers us. If you don’t provide your body & mind with the right fuel you WILL become tired, lazy, unmotivated, inefficient at work, unhappy - and once you’ve fallen down, it’s very difficult to get back up.

Why Do I Offer My Fantastic Smoothie Recipe's For Free?

At age nineteen I found myself getting unhealthy, the food I ate, the lack of exercise, a generally unhealthy lifestyle. I decided that from that day forward I needed to create a lifestyle that helped motivate me and keep me healthy, a lifestyle that I enjoyed, no undesirable, tasteless diets that left me hungry. I soon discovered that the advice available wasn't going to help me succeed. So after a lot of brainstorming I discovered fruit smoothies, I found that it was the only real way to super-boost my energy levels while enjoying the food I ate. And it worked.... So I want to help everyone around me enjoy the same lifestyle I live day-to-day. I want my peers to be full of energy and excitement for life..... and so Lifestyle Smoothies was born.
