Directions

Skin and pit avocado then chop in to cubes approximately 1.5cm X 1.5cm. Defrost blueberries if frozen, and add with avocado, yogurt and a little soy milk (just a little to start with) to blender. Blend on high until ingredients are smooth. Add desired amount of milk to thin and blend again on low.

For a change, try using mixed berries or boysenberries instead of/ as well as blueberries.
